GOP Senators Say ICE Agents Should Be Allowed to Wear Masks

LUMMIS: "Yeah, well, it’s totally bizarre since during the college campus pro-Palestine riots, they were wearing masks. Nobody asked for them to remove masks. So, it’s a double standard."

CASSIDY: "I can tell you, when there are other people calling for violent attacks on ICE agents, why wouldn’t the ICE agent wear a mask? And it’s not just the ICE agent, it’s his family. You can follow him home, attack his family. That’s happened in the past. In Portland, they doxxed some federal employees, uh which is to say, put out their information in the public, and people were, like, following them to the kids ball game. I mean, let’s not be naive. This is an attempt to intimidate the ICE agent. It’s about nothing more than that."
