VAN DUYNE: “Have they watched the time elapsed video of how quickly that river flooded? How fast that went up? I mean, nearly 30 feet in how many hours? You -- you cannot be blamed for something like that. And of course, everybody can point the blame now that they know exactly where the storm system went. I think it's ghoulish. I think it's hateful. I don't think it's productive at all. And it sends the exact opposite message that we need to be sending right now, which is prayers and hope to these families.”
