Charles Coleman: I Don’t Think ‘Diddy’ Will Be Sentenced Anywhere Near to What Maximum Sentence Is

‘We’ve already heard that prosecutors intend to ask for about half that’

EXCERPT:

COLEMAN: “The fact that he has remained in custody and Judge Subramanian said that he did not meet the bar necessary in order for him to be released does suggest that come sentencing, he is going to get from jail time beyond what he's already served. I don't necessarily think he's going to get anywhere near close to what the maximum is. We've already heard that prosecutors intend to ask for about half that. I think that that is about what we are probably looking at somewhere splitting it in between where his attorneys want there to be and what the prosecutors are ultimately asking for.”
