So when the time came for Donald Trump to say, I'm going to pull the trigger on bombing Iran's nuclear facilities, part of that calculus had to be, am I putting NATO assets in -- assets inside of Baghdad at risk? Because aside from the American blood and treasure, what a nightmare it would be to have to go into this summit, press for an increase in spending vis-a-vis Russia, China, the Middle Eastern countries, what a nightmare it would be if you had dead NATO soldiers or diminished --"
