KHANNA: “No, we have not. We’ve gotten a notification that there’s going to be a classified briefing for members of Congress on Monday, and I assume that they will be discussing it at greater length there. But there was no notification to me. And more importantly, there was no notification, as far as I understand, to the Gang of Eight, to the speaker, to the minority leader, to the intelligence committees. That is my understanding. It’s obviously something that should be asked. But it’s not just that he didn’t get the authorization from Congress, it’s unclear if he gave the standard notification.”
