MOYAR: "That’s right and you mentioned this one goes back to 2013 and there’s been a long period where there is a culture of corruption at usaid and you’ve either touched on some of the crazy stuff we saw earlier with these DEI operas and trends trends... But that was a tip of the iceberg. Those are five million-dollar programs. We looking at 550 million-dollar, 800 million-dollar programs now and this criminal conflict of interest has been going on for a long time. I reported criminal conflict of interest like this in a 2018 and the response from me was that they fired me and protect the people and so the first Trump Administration we were not on the ball, clearly doge went in and they figured out and finally we are seeing these people brought to justice."
