GOWDY: "I really don’t get the argument. They’ve known since November that he was coming. They knew that he was elected, he gave them 60 days, they did absolutely nothing. I know people are interpreting his recent comments and saying they have two weeks. I don’t interpret it that way. He could do something a lot quicker than two weeks from now. It doesn’t seem like they are coming to the negotiating table and even if they do, how can you rely upon what they tell you? I look for something to happen relatively soon."
