SHENK: “A 20-year-old man is behind bars after allegedly throwing a Molotov cocktail at a Department of Homeland Security building in Grand Island. According to a federal criminal complaint, the words ‘kill ICE’ were spray-painted on a window. Cleaning staff later found what appeared to be a Molotov cocktail inside. Days later, several government vehicles behind the building were found with slashed tires. Surveillance video led authorities to 20-year-old Eulisis Martin, who was arrested.”
