But this is a war between Israel and Iran with the United States playing a supporting role. And we want to keep it that way. Now, what could changes the calculus is if Iran does something really stupid and decides to start taking shots at American diplomats or American soldiers in the region. The supreme leader would have to be catastrophically dumb to make a decision like that because Donald Trump is not going to sit idly by while the Islamic public of Iran is taking shots at our people."
