CUOMO: "The focus on congestion pricing, I passed it about six years ago, I questioned whether was the right time to implement it right now, when New York City, as all these problems. We’re trying to get people back, we only have 60% of the people in the offices. Do you want to give them another obstacle and say, 'And by the way, now you have to pay a higher toll,' and they're going to use that to say, 'Forget it, I’ll just stay home and do remote work?' I said we should study it first. But job one here is going to be manage the city, make it work.”
