McDONNELL: "There‘s a general who‘s been assigned here, General Sherman. We have had our folks in conversations that he‘s been involved in and calls. I still want to be able to clarify things further and be able to get a greater comfort level as to what their roles and responsibilities are, and if there is an evolution of that, what that might look like."

COLLINS: "Okay, so you do need — you‘re asking for more clarity, basically, right now?"
