Steve Moore: Trump Is Getting Pres. Xi to the Bargaining Table, That’s a Good Thing

MOORE: “But you’ve got a villain out there right now, and that’s China. They want to supplant the United States as the world economic superpower. We cannot allow that to happen. I don’t think it will. But China steals, they cheat. They don’t keep their word when it comes to these agreements. So the fact that Trump is getting President Xi to come to the bargaining table, that’s a good thing. But I don’t know if we can believe them, Trey. I mean, I don’t know if they’re going to bargain in good faith here, but what I would do if I were Trump and I think this is a strategy, let’s get these deals done with these other countries. And then let’s really focus on China, which is really the bad actor in the world. And that’s something, by the way, everybody agrees on: Republicans, Democrats, everyone agrees. China has become sort of the villain, not just because of their economic practices, but their massive buildup in their military as well."
