WSJ’s Ukueberuwa: There’s No Substantial Evidence That the Autopen Was Used Improperly During the Biden Admin
RUSH EXCERPT:
UKUEBERUWA: "Is a very broad question and I think you have to address it in a couple of different ways. What President Trump is doing from the executive Branch is directing the Justice Department to investigate whether the auto pen was used improperly based on certain suspicions about whether some of Biden’s aides might have been essentially authorizing executive actions on his behalf without his knowledge. I think that is an extremely serious thing if true and deeply unconstitutional. I also think there does not seem to be substantial evidence of specific allegations that this was done. This seems like a better fit for something like congressional oversight which we are also seeing. It’s an open probe into the general situation going on and the White House and the cognitive decline was handled they’re going to invite several people are close to Biden to come and talk about of the art related to him how they shielded him from the public and if any misdeeds come up during the course of those hearings, then we’ll have the possibility of criminal referral so it can be handled appropriately. I don’t think right now it is not make sense to be investigating."
