RAMOS: “I believe the governor has lost the legislatures and much of the public trust at this point in time. The embattled governor is facing scandals about -- a very serious scandal about nursing home deaths, in addition to all of these allegations about sexual harassment. And we know that there's a possibility now that, you know, there's been improprieties with regard to Larry Schwartz, who has contracts with the state government, but happens to sit on the MTA board, happens to have made decisions on the governor's re-election campaign, happens to be our vaccine czar, you know, the distribution of which has been quite messy, especially in my district, which was the one that was hardest hit. So I respectfully, you know, ask for him to step aside so that we can ensure that we're getting the state on track as soon as possible.”
