GINGRICH: “I think what you're going to find out is, and this is this is not a Biden problem, I mean Biden ceased to be president sometime in 2023. This is the problem of people who were usurping the constitutional power of the president, behaving as though they were the president. You know, in one day they commuted the sentence of 2,400 people."
VARNEY: "Yeah."
GINGRICH: "Now nobody believes that Biden had a clue. And so I think this is going to be the biggest scandal in American history by the time we realize how many different people were doing things that were illegal."
