Do you think that works in his favor?"

O'CONNELL: "I think it does. I think he — if you noticed yesterday, I found it interesting that he didn‘t speak any English at all from the balcony of St. Peter‘s. And I wondered, I said, 'I wonder why he didn‘t do that.' I don't think he wants to."
