UYGUR: "No. Like, so what happened is, Supreme Court ruled bring him back, but kind of. The kind of is — "

UYGUR: "To facilitate. But that’s okay. They were super clear, unanimous, bring him back, but you have to go through the right process. So they brought it back to the lower courts and it’s got to go back up the courts on how, right? And when it gets to back to the Supreme Court, they’re going to land on how, right, and at that point maybe they’re more split. 'Well, we can’t force the executive branch,' Alito and Thomas might say, etc. But at the end of the day, Supreme Court’s going to say, 'You must follow the courts.' Even Alito is out there saying, 'It’s not optional. Like, whether I disagree with my colleagues or not, and I do, right, about that case, you gotta listen to the courts.' And so if he goes outside the courts once the entire process is over, then he’s crossing the Rubicon. And he can’t cross the Rubicon, and he’ll lose everybody. He’s down to minus 19. This is nonsensical.”
