Greenberg: There Was No Reason for the DoJ to Put Judge Dugan in Handcuffs, ‘She Was Not a Flight Risk’

GREENBERG: "Look. I. Think that is a concern in particular, given how. Poorly DoJ has handled this. First of. All, there was. No reason whatsoever. That they should have. Arrested her and put her. In handcuffs. Absolutely not. She was not a flight risk. She could have voluntarily. Surrendered and not been in. Handcuffs. Just as our former president. Was afforded. That same courtesy. They also took those pictures and, you know, flooded that all over social media and TV. That is awful. The, you know, FBI director tweeting about it. The attorney general going. On. Fox News and calling. The judiciary deranged. These are all terrible decisions and should never be done in. Any pending case. What I. Would say the bottom line. Is everybody needs. To respect the law. Just as a judge. Shouldn’t be interfering with law enforcement. Effectuating a lawful arrest, just as they shouldn’t do that. Also, the. DoJ and the us government should not be defying court orders. Everybody needs to respect the rule of law here."
