LAWLER: "Because multiple people use CISA, including nearly — sorry, use Signal, including nearly every single member of Congress."

PHILLIP: "Yeah, but the context here is about classified information. That‘s a change of subject."

LAWLER: "No, it‘s not a change of the subject. The bottom line is, Signal is used for communication at all times. The second chat that is being referred to, have you seen any of the contents of it?"

PHILLIP: "Would you like The New York Times to publish it?"
