MAHER: "By the way, Trump's also going after the Smithsonian this week, and the order is called 'Restoring Truth and Sanity to American History.' Well, there‘s some truth to that. The whole idea that they seem to have on campus is that America is the bad guy. Now, America has done some bad things, as has every country, but they don‘t seem to have any historical perspective. They seem to be historically ignorant, and they seem to not understand or appreciate or defend liberalism, which is the great irony. The things that make this country great are liberal principles, which — I mean, intifada is the global solution? That‘s not liberalism."
