I know, from the perspective of our friends in the Trump Administration, it looks weird and is frustrating, but I can tell you, from having been a part of the system, although when I was part of the system, it wasn't automated, it was literally a wheel, literally, like a roulette wheel, and each slot had the judge’s name, and when your slot came up, the next case went to you, and they literally did it manually, with people watching to make sure that it was done with no corruption, with no finagling Now it’s done by a computer. Judge Boasberg couldn’t affect this if he wanted to, he doesn’t control the computer."
