GILCHRIST: “Well, the challenges facing Democrats in Washington come as their party brand is faltering across the country. Our new NBC News poll had just 27 percent of respondents with positive feelings toward the Democratic Party. That is the lowest number we’ve recorded for the Democratic Party in NBC News polling dating back to 1990. NBC News national political correspondent Steve Kornacki is at the big board now with some of the numbers from our new polling here.
