ELLISON: “Our country is based on the rule of law. We have a country based on a Constitution. And I will admit, as a person who's seen a lot of things, I'm shocked at the absolute blatant disregard this president has for the law. And so we're going to continue to stand up for the rights of our states. States have a right to make laws that fit the needs of the people of that state. And it's just what we're going to continue to do. But I want to tell you, we don't wake up in the morning looking to sue Donald Trump. We sue Donald Trump when Donald Trump violates the law, which is quite frequently.”
