Bret Baier: Trump’s Joint Address to Congress Will Be a ‘Laundry List’ of What He’s Already Accomplished
‘I have said this before but the president is comfortable in his own skin’
EXCERPT:
BAIER: “Yeah, I think it’s going to be, you know, usually these, this is a joint address, but technically a State of the Union. It’s usually a shopping list of what you want Congress to do with you as president. This is almost a shopping list of what they’ve done because they’ve done so many different things already. Executive orders. I bet you he’s going to defend DOGE and what they found, maybe even more than we’ve heard before. And I think it’ll be classic Trump. I mean, I’m sure there’s going to be some funny lines, some ripping on the Democrats lines, but in the hopes that they bring unity together, it’s probably not going to come tonight.”
