MCCARTHY: “Clearly EPA is a science-based agency. That's how we do our work. The endangerment finding clearly went all the way to the Supreme Court and was seen to be a solid understanding that -- that we need to address the issue of climate change because it does endanger all of us. So if we have to go through that legal process one more time, I guess we will, but it seems absolutely ridiculous not to recognize that climate is a risk to all of us.”
