That's not hyperbole -- don't take my word for it, look at the president's comments yesterday. So I think for Europe they have to come to terms with how do we now approach not just this issue but security broadly without our 75-year partner across the Atlantic and what steps we have to take to defend ourselves as well as Ukraine going forward. So I think it's sobering for Europe I think they're not quite ready to grapple with that.”
