ELWELL: “I look at that and it’s every pilot’s worst nightmare. Now, having seen the video and having a pretty good idea of the conditions on the ground, it’s a little bit clearer about how it happened. And it is incredibly fortunate that there were no fatalities and nobody really critically injured, which is a testament, of course, to the first responders and the amazing work of the flight attendants and the design of the aircraft and the skill of the pilots as well.”
