Carson: ‘Take it to the Bank,’ Trump Didn’t Mean He’ll Rely on Himself for Foreign Policy

CARLSON: "What do you make of that? Do you think that Donald Trump himself has enough experience in that area?"
CARSON: "I'm not sure any one person has enough experience but I do know from talking to him that he will rely upon the experts in the area. You can take that to the bank. There is no way he is just going to be making uphand decisions by himself."
