    REPORTER: "A state employee here is accused of voter fraud. Police say 57-year-old Arlanda Brantley works with the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services. She's accused of adding a party affiliation to several voter registration cards without the voters' consent. Police say Torrington's town clerk figured out that the voter registration cards were altered. Now Brantley is free on bond, but she's due in court next month."
