He did that because there was a recognition across the country that unfortunately the justice system was being used for some people and against other people based on ideology. That is not American justice. So the fact President Trump has now pardoned these 23 people for non-violent offenses against an obscure act called the Face Act that was made under President Clinton but just never used, some of them were given up to 57 months of jail time. These are people in their 60s and 70s who are out there trying to save lives."
