And what the Founders did is they created a presidency where a president was supposed to divide by proposing policies that people might not like, but he was also supposed to unify. So all I'm saying is that the news that Donald Trump is going to talk about unity today, that may be a little green shoot, I wouldn't push it too far, but presidents who unify the country and try to explain their policies to people who disagree, those are the ones who are popular, and they're more effective in history.”
