CLOUD: “Right now, I can tell you that Congress is not structured to bring success to President Trump. He's going to do some amazing things out of the White House, but right now, the Congress is not structured to support that agenda. And so we've got to restructure Congress. We've been working on this for quite some time. We made some great gains a couple of years ago in bringing back a member-driven Congress. Things like 72 hours to read the bills, you know, all these different -- different things that we had made. And it's time for us to get back to that member-driven Congress and make sure that we're doing what we can to -- to push President Trump's agenda forward.”
