    RUSH EXCERPT:

MCQUADE: "Now, in light of the fact she has been removed from the case, it means that a counsel in Georgia will decide whether to reassign the case and to whom because once Fani Willis is removed from the case, her entire office is removed from the case. I think that is why most observers think maybe this case really is over because they have to find some other prosecutor in Georgia who would be willing to take this case up. Now, she has appealed it to the Georgia Supreme Court but I don’t know that we are going to get a different outcome from these justices."
