Maybe the benefits are that they signal to the incoming administration that these companies are willing to be supportive of their agenda. But, again, when we think about the consequences of these policies and the fact – when we think about the consequences of retracting these policies and the fact that they undermine companies’ bottom lines, that they undermine companies’ ability to really thrive and make sure their workers are able to participate fully and completely in the organizational process."
