STARBUCK: “The creation of DEI, you've got to realize it's not about equality. The middle letter in there is equity. That's equality of outcome. So you're saying --”
KERNEN: “Right.”
STARBUCK: “-- that people like -- like my child -- you know, I'm Latino. So my kids should have an easier time getting a job than -- you know, my wife is Scottish and she had babies with another Scottish person, those kids should have less of a chance because they're white than my kids who can check a box and say Latino. That's just fundamentally racist, you know? And it doesn't matter if it's white people that it's racist towards, it's racism still.”
