Ingraham on WSJ’s Expose on Biden’s Decline: Remember When We Were Called ‘Mean’ and ‘Wrong?’

We talked about this, actually, when his day would actually begin. So, again, we were right. Here’s what it says ideally the meetings would start later in the day. Since Biden has never been at his best first in the morning. First thing in the morning. Some of the people said if the president was having an off day, meetings would be scrapped all together.
