LINSKEY: “You know, every White House is set up differently to take into consideration the strengths and weaknesses of the leader in charge. And in this case, there's a leader who is aging very visibly right in front of our eyes. And so, what we found is that the shell around Biden was kind of always heard, but became harder and thicker, and the walls became taller. And the system that was set up, even his critics would say enabled him to make decisions that needed to be made and to govern effectively. But that -- that wall also blocked from view and from the American people the decline that he was experiencing.”
