    EXCERPT:

RUFO: "What I'm recommending is, first and foremost, that the president, as he's promised, should issue an executive order abolishing the DEI driver’s seat in the entire federal government. And what I’ve done is is provide a step two for cabinet secretaries and their teams on how to actually implement that effectively. First of all, it is, act quickly. You have to actually terminate, abolish, and then lay off the people responsible for these programs, all in one fell swoop, and then you have to win public opinion. And my greatest suggestion is that you should give the public a sense of the replacement values. You can either have DEI or you can have color-blind equality, and so as they are slashing that DEI bureaucracy, they should at every turn let people know, 'We want to have a single color-blind standard for everyone regardless of ancestry, and that is the principle we are going to entrench in the federal government.'"
