FOWLER: "He went to special counsel. He had special counsel authority — "

PIRRO: "Special counsel put a deal in front of the judge that was so corrupt that the judge — "

FOWLER: "He could have also subpoenaed Joe Biden’s brother, he could have also subpoenaed Joe Biden's sister. He didn’t do any of that."

PIRRO: "You don’t know what you’re talking about, Richard, stop talking.”

FOWLER: "I do know what I'm talking about. Why weren't subpoenas issued for any of those individuals?"

PIRRO: "There were subpoenas issued and they didn’t show up, so cut the crap."
