CALDWELL: "So I will say that there is going to be a lot of pressure on these Senate Republicans to back Donald Trump‘s nominees regardless of the controversy surrounding them. It‘s not only going to be pressure from Donald Trump, who is unlikely to back down from his picks but also there is the online and Trump coalition pressure campaign that has really consistently put pressure on the Senate Republicans. There are threats to primaries of some of these people, for Senate Republicans, as well. And so this is going to be a huge test for Senate Republicans on what they‘re going to do with some of these nominees."
