    RUSH EXCERPT:

CARTER: "Yeah, the shy Trump voter is a voter who is either afraid to say out loud that they vote for Donald Trump because there’s so much social pressure not to support Donald Trump because of all the insults that have gone out and around. Or because they have family or someone who would judge them for it. We do know that those shy Trump voters do exist. About 20% — would seem Democrats are more than 20% likely to respond to polls than Republicans. We also know that about 30% of voters say that they lied to a family member about who they are voting for. So we know that there are people who are keeping their opinions to themselves. They’re either not going to respond or they are going to lie about who they’re voting for for fear of retribution."
