Tucker Carlson on Sunday hinted at a conspiracy theory when he suggested Democrats will try to steal the 2024 election for Vice President Kamala Harris, but added that they will have a “hard time” because people won’t believe there was a “groundswell of popular support” for the Democratic nominee.
