LANDRIEU: “Well, let’s take both of them. First of all, again, just to remind folks, somewhere between 25 and 40 people that actually worked with Donald Trump every day, these are like his references, have said to us that he is not fit for office, that he’s not thinking clearly, that the judgment that he makes is going to hurt people. He’s going to put America at risk. He’s going to isolate America. He’s going to hurt our economy. And the people who he picked that worked with him and now telling us please don’t do it again. So that’s the first order of business. Secondly, you’ve never had in the history of the country a president want to be like Adolf Hitler. I mean, that’s just such an extraordinary statement that have come from now a number of people that it should cause everybody in America to stop and think about how devastatingly impossible that is to contemplate, to have somebody like that sitting behind the Oval Office.”
