Mariel Garza says the editorial board was set to endorse Kamala Harris, but 'The Times' owner, Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong, decided not to make an endorsement. In a Twitter post tonight, Soon-Shiong says, the editorial board was given the opportunity to compare the candidates' policies side-by-side for readers.
