ALLRED: “I think it’s a desperate attempt to distract from his own record, from what he hasn’t been able to do. He has nothing to say about that he’s running forward or that he’s going to do positively for the state going forward. All he has is fear and division. I think Texans have had enough of it and we’ve seen this for 12 years. We’ve seen this playbook. It’s just, this is a different, you know, play from the same playbook. And so, I don’t think it’s going to distract folks, and that’s why I think we’re going to get rid of him on November 5th.”
