Fran Lebowitz Trashes ‘Flyover Country’ States, Tells Putin to Leave Ukraine and Take Arizona

LEBOWITZ: "I would say to Arizona, with Putin, 'Here, take Arizona, leave Ukraine.'"
BREMMER: "Fran, you were in cowboy boots. I mean, come on, you’re even kind of showing some of the — "
LEBOWITZ: "They're not from Arizona."
MAHER: "You're going to — I read your plugs. You're going to Nashville, right?"
LEBOWITZ: "That's not Arizona."
MAHER: "No, but — no, but it's a red state. I mean, you don't want to insult all the red states. You go there."
LEBOWITZ: "I go there and I usually say, 'Really? Nashville?' That's what I said."
MAHER: "But there are plenty of intelligent people in Nashville and Arizona. They come out to see you."
LEBOWITZ: "Not plenty. (Laughter) Look at their politicians, okay? Look at who they elect, okay?"
