VELSHI: "We talked to a lot of secretaries of state on the show but you are the professor of secretary of states. Pull back the curtain and tell us about all of the things that you do. You do a lot of things to keep election safe in general. And the last elections were the safest in this country. What is it you do with respect to citizenship? How is it that you determine that everyone who is voting is a citizen of the United States?"
