What it does to, and I am with Dean on this one, is divide. It undermines this idea, especially among swing voters, only a few of those African Americans, that Kamala Harris is not some foreign leftists, not someone who hates America, is not unreasonable here this idea you can create this permission structure for people to say, she seems to want to reach out to people.”
