Fox Business: Biden Admin Seeks to Ban Plastic Cutlery from the Federal Gov’t to Combat Climate Change

The plan to target pollution will prohibit single-use plastics across all federal departments. The White House writing this: 'The president is committed to taking ambitious actions to end plastic pollution and is calling upon the global community to do the same,' the White House said. The plan seeks to phase out products like plastic and polystyrene cups, straws, bags in kitchen cutlery from all White House events and packaging by 2027, and all federal operations by 2035. Some Republican lawmakers reacting to the news. South Dakota Senator Mike Rounds saying, 'The world is on fire and he is worried about the plastic forks.' Yeah."
