SWALWELL: “I support fixing the court. For too long we've counted on the court to police and fix itself. And most recently we saw, you know, two justices who had spouses, one who flew a pro-insurrection flag and the other who went to Donald Trump's, you know, insurrection rally. And those justices did not recuse themselves. One justice has millions and millions of dollars of undisclosed gifts. And people are starting to wonder, you know, is our court truly independent? And so, if they're not going to do it themselves, than we're going to have to do it for them. And I support, you know, efforts to fix the court to make our democracy much, much stronger.”
